Email Marketing/Marketing Automation Specialist

We're seeking a Growth Marketer to build and execute robust email marketing programs, establish digital marketing best practices, build awareness and engagement, and drive conversions for B2B and B2C Fortune 500 CBG brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop email marketing templates for various platforms, i.e., Constant Contact, MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Execute promotional and transactional email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Run and measure digital marketing KPIs, and analyze email marketing, click performance, and sales-driven reports.
  • Build landing pages in various CMS systems like Wordpress, Shopify, and Magento.
  • Work with the Account Team on the digital marketing strategy to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Help build clients' digital presence and overall journey to showcase your thought leadership in email marketing and marketing automation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA or higher in Marketing & Advertising or similar
  • 5+ years of digital experience managing and executing performance-based email and e-commerce marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving performance for growing CPG and e-commerce brands
  • Have built automated email marketing campaigns, funnels, and landing pages (Recent sample work required)
  • 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer working with HTML, HTML5, CSS, LESS, and JS (jQuery and ReactJS)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Figma
  • Experience with demand generations or digital marketing roles, including Email marketing, SMS, and Marketing Automation
  • Experience with digital best practices to drive optimizations across campaign structures, content creatives, and landing pages
  • Clear understanding of the B2B and B2C marketing funnel and tactics, funnel optimization, lead management, and channel-level optimization strategies
  • Data-driven with great attention to detail but able to analyze holistically to translate insights into successful marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to derive campaign insights and optimize performance
  • Strong understanding of databases, contacts management, and segmentation
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate email testing strategies to further improve ROAS
  • Experience with various MarTech tools, including ZeroBounce, Litmus, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and HubSpot
  • Certifications on Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or relevant digital marketing platforms (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
