Digital Paid Search Manager

We are looking for a strong Digital Paid Search Manager to serve as the primary client lead for paid search programs, managing all tactical aspects of running campaigns, as well as client-facing communication. This person has a deep understanding of Kenshoo, Google AdWords, Microsoft AdCenter & Google Analytics and strong knowledge of how to utilize bid management tools to facilitate campaign trafficking, optimization and reporting. Additionally, this person has experience in forecasting and managing to forecast with the ability to monitor and analyze reporting metrics, provide daily optimizations and produce high-level strategic insights based on the client’s goals.


  • Team-player mentality with an analytical mind, passion for learning and strong communication skills are a must
  • Ability to lead client relationships independently and manage Associates where needed for ongoing support
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-time Search Engine Marketing professional; agency experience required
  • A strong understanding of the importance of working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize time effectively
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
