ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to expertly execute and manage day to day marketing projects, programs and initiatives. You must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced creative environment, and be able to make accurate decisions and always meet deadlines. You may work across more than one brand, or on more than one client.Succeeding in this role enables you to become an influencer/leader on your team’s business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will bring flawless management of the day to day client project responsibilities while building your marketing acumen, client expertise, and strategy skills. You are a problem solver and executional maven.

  • Flawlessly execute day-to-day client deliverables accurately and on time
  • Proactively anticipate and overcome potential project challenges before they happen
  • Participate in monthly financial close meetings
  • Liaise with the client and the team to coordinate job completion
  • Own small to medium projects and oversee execution
  • Begin to outline, assemble and write presentation decks
  • Manage timely communication of contact reports and status reports
  • Manage team meetings
  • Prepare materials for creative review sessions
  • Learn how to evaluate creative through agency and client filters, and provide feedback that is actionable and betters the work
  • Establish successful working relationship with clients so that they view you as a trusted partner who understands their business category and brands
  • Develop your marketing passion into actions beyond your day-to-day responsibilities to learn and grow for added team value
  • Immerse and involve yourself in the agency culture and develop connections with people outside of your team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-4 years of increasing experience in agency account management services roles
  • Process-oriented/strong follow-up/ highly organized approach to managing/prioritizing tasks and day-to-day activity
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate across both internal and client teams
  • Proactive, analytical thinker to anticipate and resolve project challenges
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams)
