Account Director, B2B/B2C

Job description

We are seeking a highly dynamic Account Director with experience in B2B and B2C. This role is the hub in a wheel with many spokes – effective communication and relationship-building with a variety of members across multiple clients, agencies and disciplines is central to success. You lead the strategic and executional direction of brand(s) and client(s). You manage mid-senior client level relationships, you generate thought leadership/POV for the client and agency, you motivate a team and you run a smart business. Responsible for overall client health including accurate financial forecasting and resource planning, maintaining continuous sight and alignment to Client Business goals and fostering positive team dynamics. You are the expert in the client’s eye of understanding their business and their industry/category. As the expert, you are responsible for finding ways to work with clients to challenge status quo in a way that leads to better work and cements us as a needed strategic partner.
